The bi-garden
Welcome to a stroll through our pollinator garden – a living oasis for bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. Here, you can discover which plants are most popular and observe how insects move between flowers in search of pollen and nectar. At the plantings, you'll find the plants' names, and for selected species, there's also information about how rich they are in pollen and nectar – valuable guidance for those who wish to support pollinators in their own gardens.
You will also get inspiration and tips on how you can contribute to increased biodiversity at home. Several of the plants are also available for purchase as seeds or seedlings in our farm shop – so you can easily bring the ideas home with you.

Experience Guidance
Experiential guidance for all senses among buzzing bees and blooming plants.
Join an exciting guided tour where you'll step into the fascinating world of bees and their interactions with the flowers around us for 30 minutes. The tour offers interesting facts and new perspectives for both children and adults, whether you're a curious beginner or already nature-interested. Starts at the observation hive, then continues to the Bee Garden.
Cost:
- Adults 120 kr
- Children under 12 years old 60 kr

Bee exhibition
Here you can learn more about bees and their vital importance to humans and the environment. Visit our bee exhibition upstairs in the Farm Shop, where you will find informational material, posters, and various beekeeping tools. Perhaps you'd like to try on a bee suit and dress like a real beekeeper…

Between the bakehouse and the farm shop is the viewing hive, where you can watch live bees at work behind glass. The hive opening faces the forest so as not to disturb their flight paths, and from the back, you can peek in through the plexiglass. Perhaps you'll spot the queen? When you're done looking, close the doors again as the bees thrive best in the dark. Feel free to test your knowledge in our Bee quiz next door.
We will transfer a small bee colony to a display hive, which will be their summer residence sometime in early May. They will then move back to their winter residence in September when the nights often start to get colder.

Honungsgården is located in the countryside with forest and nature right next door. Here you can hike shorter or longer distances through natural forest, meadows, and along streams.
The Orust Pilgrim's Trail passes about 500 meters from the farm, and pilgrim brochures with spaces for stamps are available here or at the tourist office in Henån.
If you plan a full day in nature, the cafe offers hearty lunch sandwiches, perfect for a picnic outdoors.
