Home-baked by the Farm Bakery (Gårdsbageriet)

All baked goods served in the café are baked on-site at our own farm bakery. Try traditional Bohuslän delicacy -Äggost (egg cheese) or Helge’s famous vanilla buns.

Relax and enjoy

Whether sitting down in the old garden, in the parlour or on the veranda, you will look out across the Tegneby plain fields and meadows. Here is room for the children to play. We offer vegan and gluten, egg and dairy-free alternatives. Our café and guest toilets offer disability access.

Our café is located within the former main house, built in 1915 and recently respectfully renovated to preserve the genuine atmosphere. Many pieces of furniture from the former household have moved into the café. We love the Swedish furniture tradition and the craftsmanship of previous generations, so you will see old traditional wall hangings, table cloths and coffee cups. We are fond of nature materials and have painted walls, ceilings and woodwork using egg tempera.
